1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LocalUsta Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use our tools. By using LocalUsta Tools, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Zero-Network & Local-First Processing

LocalUsta Tools operates as a local-first workstation. All files, documents, and inputs processed inside our tools (e.g. video transcoding, PDF merging, JWT decoding) are handled 100% locally in your browser memory via WebAssembly (Wasm). We do not transmit your files or private data to any server.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LocalUsta Tools for any illegal purposes or to process files that violate third-party copyright, distribute malware, or perform illegal cracking activities. You are solely responsible for the content you process.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

LocalUsta Tools is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your exact requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LocalUsta Tools, its creators, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools.

7. Beta Status, Pricing & Changes

LocalUsta Tools is currently in beta, and during this period the tools are provided free of charge. To support the development and sustainability of the service, we reserve the right to introduce paid plans or subscriptions for certain tools, advanced features or usage limits in the future, and to modify or discontinue existing features. The free availability of any feature during the beta period does not constitute a commitment or acquired right that it will remain free in the future. If we move to a paid model, changes will be announced on this page and across the site within a reasonable period in advance; no retroactive charges will be applied, and whether to use any paid service is entirely your choice.
